The AcuScen Pro model
features Four output working modes including - Auto, Manual, Scan and Micro-current
TENS. The Auto and Manual output options are the same in the AcuScen Pro
and the Premium Model. The AcuScen Pro model features the SCAN Mode
- which is the diagnosis, feedback and automatic dosage calculation.
This allows the device to automatically adjust itself to the body's reactions
and deliver
a measured dosage
of frequency information to correct the energetic imbalances.
Auto Dosage Mode
- the unit administers a constant dose of energetic output according to
pre-established, fixed parameters. See the chart below for more information.
Auto Mode is ideal for those quick-fix situations that call for a dosage
of electronic first-aid. As soon as the electrode touches the skin, the
unit emits a measured dose.
Manual Mode
- this offers the widest range of operator-adjustable parameters (similar
to the Diag. 0 mode in the 97.4 Plus model Scenar). Refer to the
chart below for a complete listing of device adjustments.
Double-Var Mode
- a deeply penetrating mode, useful for stubborn problems. Frequency
and Depth are pre-set to Variable output. Frequency (the number of
pulses per output segment) will cycle from 10 to 120 and Depth (number
of frequency bundles per second) cycles from 1 to 8 over a 30 second interval.
Scan Mode
- (Pro Model Only) this operating mode incorporates the complete
energetic diagnosis, bio-feedback and automatic dosage of the application
point. Scan Mode offers operator adjustment of a full range of output
parameters. See table below.
Micro-Current
Mode - for using the Acuscen as a micro-current
TENS unit with stick-on electrodes - available on Acuscen Pro model only.
Programmable -
combine any of the operator adjustable outputs to create and store up to
Five custom programs. This feature is a great time saver when working
with different patients on a series of treatment sessions. For example,
set the unit for Swing Mode and access this with the push of a button.

AcuScen
Premium - $1,899.00
The AcuScen Premium
model is designed for everyday home use by non-professionals or by the
professional operator when expanded features are not required. The
unit operates in three operating modes: Auto Dosage Mode, Double Var
and in Manual Mode. In Auto Mode one may only adjust the energy
intensity and all other outputs are fixed. The unit quickly delivers
a measured Dosage of energy based upon the fixed parameters listed in the
chart below. This setting is ideal for quick first aid treatment
of minor muscle aches and pains, etc. The Acuscen Premium model lacks
the Micro-Current TENS Mode and Scan Mode of the Pro+ Model. The
bio-feedback function operates within Auto setting.
The Manual Mode of
the AcuScen Premium model offers the same full range of operator adjustment
features as the AcuScen Pro Model including memory for Five custom programs.
(refer to chart below).
Acuscen Premium
features two built-in electrode contacts for easy access to various body
contours
Acuscen Auto+
Acuscen Auto features
the same software as installed in our Acuscen Premium model, including
all manual control settings. There is only one built-in electrode
with No ability to use External electrodes. Also, Acuscen Auto does
not have the Double Var or Micro-TENS function. In the Auto mode, the Frequency
is fixed at 77 and the Depth is adjusted automatically, starting at Depth
level 1. The software checks for changes in skin conductivity.
If there is no reaction, the Depth changes to level 2. If there is
a skin conductivity reaction, then the Depth remains at level 2.
If no reaction, the Depth advances to level 3 and so on, until it reaches
level 4. If there is no reaction at level 4, the Dose is signaled.
The Dosage is indicated by an Audio Signal as well as the LCD display.
