For general energy balancing, one may use the Resonance Key in several ways. First, set the Resonance Key to position 1 for 15 - 60 mins. Place unit in a pocket that is worn close to the body OR place the Resonance Key in the palm of the hand so that a finger touches the 25mm solid silver disc of the unit OR connect the unit to the wrist by means of the wristband.
