	The Ozonator 500 is an adjustable output Corona Discharge ozonator that can produce up to 500 mg per hour. The unit has a 60 minute timer and also a Constant ON setting. This can be usedl for preparing ozonated olive oil. According to the manufacturer, the Ozonator 500 has been bench tested for 8,500 hours of continuous operation before failure. Ozonator 500 has a built-in air pump and is virtually vibration-free! The unit includes an air dryer cartridge that removes moisture from the ambient air. Drying the air reduces the formation of Nitrogen Oxides in the reaction chamber to near zero levels. This greatly increases the ozone output and reduces the possiblity of irritating sensitive tissues when drinking ozonated water, as can happen without the use of an air dryer. The Ozonator 500 comes with ozone-resistant silicone tubing and two high quality ceramic aerator stones. The Ozonator 500 can be used for sterilizing drinking water, neutralizing toxic residues from produce, meat and poultry, as a skin and scalp rinse and many other applications. Ozonator 500 cannot use medical oxygen from tanks. The air source is ambient air. Unit includes an externally attached silica bead air dryer cartridge. The silica beads change color from a dark blue to light pink when they are filled with moisture. The air dryer can be re-used up to 4 or 5 times after it is saturated. The absorbent beads can be placed in a microwave or an oven at low temperature to dry. When the color changes back to a dark blue, the cartridge can be re-used. Ozonated Olive Oil - if you wish to experiment making ozonated olive oil, there are some important factors to consider. High quality oils should be made using a commercial grade ozonator that uses pure bottled oxygen as its source. This will eliminate contaminants such as nitric oxide and nitric acid. Ozonated olive oils that are fully saturated and solid at room can require up to 3 to 4 weeks of continuous running of a high quality ozonator. The Ozonator 500 can be used to make a lightly infused oil that is suitable for external use on the skin. Applied to the skin, it is beneficial for cuts, scrapes and burns, insect bites, rashes, eczema, herpes, etc., acting as a natural oxidant. A lightly-infused olive oil can be made within 30 min. to a few hours. Continuous operation of the unit for many hours at a time will build up heat and contribute to early failure of the appliance. Dr. Hulda Clark has a protocol that includes ingesting small amounts of lightly infused, liquid olive oil. We do not recommend ingesting the olive oil made with the Ozonator 500 as it would not have 100 percent purity due to the small traces of nitric oxides. One may find solid ozonated olive oil from several sources on the internet.
