LightWorks Far Infrared Led Therapy
The LightWorks is designed to generate an intense, pulsating LED Light, utilizing the well-known frequencies of Dr. Paul Nogier. As a doctor and researcher in the 1970's, Dr. Nogier discovered 7 principal frequencies that the body responds to in terms of being able to effectively receive healing energy or to emit energy for diagnostic purposes. These frequencies are listed in the chart below. Nogier frequencies are all harmonics of the musical note D and all tissues of the body resonate to these frequencies. When tissues or organs are out of vibratory balance, sickness or disease can eventually result. By introducing specific frequencies and pulse rates of light, the body absorbs this energy as a type of informational code to help restore proper vibration and balance. LightWorks does not directly treat any disease or illness. It simply provides a form of photonic and infrared energy that the body's innate intelligence knows how to utilize. The Hand Paddle has high intensity LEDs on both sides. One side has 60 x Red LEDs at a wavelength of 660nm. The other side of the Hand Paddle has 55 x high intensity Near-Infrared (NIR) LEDs at a wavelength of 880nm. There are also 5 x Red LEDs at 660nm wavelength on the NIR side of the paddle to indicate the NIR LEDs are working as NIR light is invisible to the human eye. These frequencies are commonly used in more expensive Laser therapy systems and other Led Systems costing many hundreds to thousands of dollars. The convenient hand paddle allows you to apply the Led energies to any area on the body. The unit can also be used on dogs, cats, horses, etc.
Eight different selectable pulse Modes - Constant ON + settings A through G
The LightWorks unit will output a steady (non-pulsed) beam of LED light when in Constant Mode. The LightWorks unit can pulse the LEDs at seven specific healing frequencies (Modes A through G). Modes are selected with the ON/OFF/MODE button. The currently selected Mode is indicated by the appropriate Green Mode lights. The unit starts up in the Automatic Cycle, running through each of the 8 Modes for 4 minutes per Mode. An Orange light on the base indicates the Automatic Cycle has been selected. In the Manual Cycle
the Constant Mode will stay on for 30 minutes, and Modes A through
G will stay on for 15 minutes. When the LightWorks unit has completed a
Manual or Automatic Cycle, it will shut itself OFF. The Hand Paddle Button
on the base unit is used to select which side of the paddle is active.

Which Side Should I Use Generally speaking, the infrared wavelength of 880nm has been demonstrated to penetrate to approximately 30 to 40 mm. into tissues. This makes it more suitable for deep work such as bones, joints, muscles, etc. The 660nm visible red led light is more shallow with a penetration depth around 8 to 10 mm. This makes it more suitable for surface issues dealing with the skin and just below.
