The FIR Dome is easy to use - there is a sequence of Five easy steps to follow in activating the unit: 1) Press on the Power Switch located at the Right Hand Side Corner of the unit. 2) Press the Power Button on the Control Panel.  3) Adjust to the desired Temperature (between 119F to 155 F) using the digital keypad. 4) Adjust the Timer to the desired time, up to 60 min. maximum (30 minutes is suggested). 5) Press the Start Button on the control panel to begin the session.  Most people use it lying down with the Dome placed over the area of the body where heat is desired. Others like sitting in a chair with the unit curved around the back. Undressing is not required. For best results, loose fitting clothing is suggested as the procedure will promote perspiration.
